We provide safe and reliable gas supply solutions, including:

• Bulk LPG supply

• LPG system supply & installation

• Annual maintenance contracts

• Meter reading management

• Doorstep LPG delivery across Dubai and select areas in the UAE, following strict safety standards

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in AED (UAE Dirhams) and exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

• Accepted payment methods include:

  • Online payment (Visa / MasterCard)

  • Direct bank transfer

  • Cheque

  • Cash on delivery

• The cardholder must keep a copy of transaction records and merchant policies for reference.

4. Delivery Policy

• Dubai: Within 24 hours

• Other Emirates: 2–3 working days (based on service coverage)

• Deliveries are available only within the UAE and carried out in compliance with UAE safety regulations.

• Customers must ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.

• Refunds are issued only in cases of:

  • Failed delivery

  • Incorrect delivery

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.

• Once LPG is correctly delivered and accepted, it is non-refundable.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by calling us at +971 4 332 0104.

• Refunds apply only for defective, damaged, or incorrect deliveries.

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–14 working days.

• LPG that has been safely delivered and accepted is non-refundable unless proven defective.

Delivery / Shipping Policy

• We deliver LPG cylinders and bulk gas across the UAE (subject to service availability).

• Standard delivery timelines:

  • Dubai: Within 24 hours

  • Other Emirates: 2–3 working days

• Any delivery charges will be displayed during checkout.

• Customers must ensure someone is available at the delivery address. Our delivery team may request a valid ID or order confirmation upon delivery.
